Consider your physical safety
The ability to move around on the floor and between standing positions and floor positions, safely and independently, is a basic prerequisite for all types of movement sessions. Please contact your session facilitator/leader prior for modifications and advice to ensure your safety.

Arrive early to start on time
Individual Sessions: please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of a session, and allow time to land and check-in.

Group Sessions/Classes/Workshops/Courses: please arrive 10 mins prior to allow for check-in and other formalities. If you are attending a course, this applies to the first session, and for remaining sessions, arrive at least 5 minutes prior. For group events, at the discretion of the session facilitator/leader, you may be refused late entry, for your own safety and to negate disruption to other participants.

Stay for the entire group session
Please join with the intention of participating in all components from warm-up to cool-down phases for your own benefit, and also respecting the session facilitator/leader and other participants.

Raise questions or concerns
Before the session bring attention to any questions or concerns that you may have, with the facilitator/leader.

Dress for movement
Please wear comfortable exercise clothing and layer up in cooler months. Note that all sessions are conducted without shoes. We go barefoot as much as possible. However feel free to wear socks for warmth or extra grip.

Bring a mat and/or towel as preferred
Mats are generally not required. However, please bring your own exercise mat if you prefer, according to your own comfort preferences for being on the floor. If you are inclined to get a bit sweaty, please bring a towel to use as necessary.

Stay hydrated
Please bring a water bottle and drink plenty of water, especially during hot weather.

Switch mobile phones off or to silent mode
Please do not in any way engage with your phone or any other device, during any type of session, and ensure that all notifications are switched to silent. Keep devices (including smart watches), stored away from the immediate movement space.

Attention to movement guidance/coaching
Please listen to all instructions regarding movement, so we can best eliminate the risk of avoidable injuries and to generally maintain a safe movement environment.
